  • This product can be used in compliance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, as last amended with Regulation (EU) No 1416/2016. This product contains substance(s) authorized to be used as additive or polymer production aid, and/or as monomer or other starting substance according to Annex I.
  • This product can be used in compliance with Resolution ResAP (2002) 1 on Paper and Board materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs (Adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 18 September 2002 at the 808th meeting of the Minister’s Deputies).
  • This product can be used in compliance with Resolution ResAP (2004) 5 on Silicones used for food contact applications (Adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 1st December 2004 at the 907th meeting of the Minister’s Deputies) (replacing Resolution AP (99) 3).
  • This product can NOT be used in compliance with French Arrêté of 25 November 1992 on silicone elastomers intended to come into contact with foodstuffs (Arrêté Ministériel du 25 novembre 1992 relatif aux matériaux et objets en élastomères de silicone mis ou destinés à être mis au contact des denrées, produits et boissons alimentaires).
  • This product can be used in compliance with Swiss Ordinance of the FDHA on Materials and Articles (RS 817.023.21) of 23 November 2005, Section 8b on Packaging Inks. All substances present in this product are listed on Annex 6 Part A or Part B.
  • This product can NOT be used in compliance with German BfR Recommendation XV on Silicone for food contact (BfR-Empfehlungen XV zu Silicone).

  • This product can be used in compliance with Decreto Ministeriale del 21/03/1973 on the hygiene of materials and articles intended to come into contact with food (Decreto Ministeriale del 21/03/1973, Disciplina igienica degli imballaggi, recipienti, utensili, destinati a venire in contatto con le sostanze alimentari o con sostanze d'uso personale).
  • Dow Corning product ranges do not constitute “Materials or Articles” as they should be understood under the terms of Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006. Instead they are considered “Starting Materials”. However this product is produced according to our quality management systems, and certified under ISO 9001 Standard.   • Compliance with the general requirements laid down in Framework Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, remains the responsibility of both the manufacturer of finished food contact mate rials or articles as well as the industrial food packer.
