For delivery in the United States:
As required by law, for shipments sourced in the U.S.A. and delivered in the same, sales/use taxes will be charged unless we are provided with a valid sales/use tax exemption claim/certificate (PDF: 21 KB) based on the requirements for the state where delivery is made. Therefore, you may have to submit more than one tax exemption certificate. This is effective for the following states only:

For delivery in Canada:
The customer is the importer of record on any international shipments to these countries and is responsible for applicable taxes. Canada can be PST exempt (Provincial Sales Tax) for British Columbia & Ontario, based on your shipping address. In this case, you should fax your exemption certificate with your credit application.

For delivery in Brazil:
Brazilian customers that are tax exempt will need to provide the appropriate Tax Exemption Declaration.
For delivery in Italy:
Italian customers that are tax exempt in Italy must send a signed 'Dichiarazione di Intento' (PDF: 123 KB) to the Italian Sales Office. This is required regardless of the sourcing and selling locations.
For delivery in China:
Chinese customers are required to provide a signed VAT registration certificate if they are taxable or tax exempt and are required to provide a signed business registration certificate.
For delivery in Korea:
Korean customers are required to provide a signed VAT registration certificate if they are taxable or tax exempt and are required to provide a signed business registration certificate.
For delivery in Hong Kong:
Hong Kong customers are required to provide a signed business registrations certificate.
